I'm a User Experience Engineer, certified Sprintmaster and Front-end Developer. I'm a Game Designer and AI enthusiast.

I work as User Experience Manager at Coppel, overseeing a team of 50 people, a mix of visual designers, UX researchers, conversion optimizers and developers.

I love tech communities: in 2004 I was coordinator for the Webmaster Mexico community, the biggest web-focused open community in LATAM at the time. I'm a former Nokia Developer Champion (2011-2014), BlackBerry Elite Developer (2012-2015) and Google Developer Expert (2015-2019).

In 2014 I co-founded UX Nights, the biggest user experience community in LATAM for creative professionals in interactive design.

I also participate in the Microsoft Regional Director initiative since 2016 as mentor for enterprise companies and startups on topics of user experience design, usability, visua, voice and Mixed Reality user interface design.

I'm a published writer, international speaker and teacher. I can speak fluently in Spanish, English and German.

I live in Culiacan SN, Mexico with my wife Renata, my daughter Ana Lucia and my cat Dante.
